Emily Ridings explores modern applications of ancestral craft, focused in basketry.
Each piece is a celebration of process led by intuition, innovation, and play. Pieces are created entirely by hand with an emphasis on circular production. There is a narrative throughout every piece, fusing tradition with presence and skill with curiosity.
